Great support and assistance from front desk staff. Michelle from group zoom exercise very thorough in accomplish our goals!
Maybe need for more 3 lbs weighs with Michelle’s class. Thanks!

Yoga with Sandy♥️
Equipment in weight room with lots of bikes. Need 2 inner/outter weight machines. Waited 30 minutes for someone to get off. He was just resting there and wouldn’t move.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Having transitioned to the YMCA following the closure of my gym at which I attended for 15 plus years; I had some trepidation. How quickly that resolved when the staff warmly welcomed me and the facilities turned out to be as good if not better than what I left behind.

I attend BOOM class twice a week at Greater Palm Harbor. I so love this class & our instructor Michelle is awesome. It is a great exercise & dance class made into one.

Wish we didn't have to reserve, it is sometimes hard to get a chance to reserve
Please look into Drums Alive . We had this at Baycare and it was a great exercise class

Friendly people, clean environment, knowledgeable staff. Alex was very through and patient in setting up a routine and explaining the why's and how's of each exercise and machine. He is a pleasure to work with!

I really enjoy the water classes, both deep and shallow. I especially like Haley’s class. She is always so upbeat, organized and vibrant.
The AOA lunches are fun and a good way to meet people.
