Plenty of machines and weights. Always someone on the floor to help. Non intimidating atmosphere. Very nice and helpful people. Convenient location

Instructor started the class on time, The music was at an acceptable level, the class was challenging but the instructor encouraged everyone to work at their comfortable level. I traveled from my YMCA because the class i wanted to take was not offered at my facility at the holiday weekend.

Deepwater classes are very good.

I just joined this month, and I've been impressed with the facilities (especially the outdoor pool), cleanliness, and especially the warmth and friendliness of the people--staff from the Executive on down as well as the membership.

I LIKEELSE THAT MIGH ARISE. THERE IS ALWAYS SOMEOEE THER TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT EQUIPMENT OPERATION AND ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE ABOUT THE FACILITY.

Great Silver Sneakers exercise class.

There are a lot of group exercise classes to choose from daily. The instructors are great also.

Have just had one yoga class.
Very pleased.
Looking forward to more yoga.

The class choices are wonderful and the instructors are all great.

I love Michele D's Silver Sneaker's class on Tues and Thur. She's the best instructor I've ever had, she makes the class fun, great music and easy to follow steps.

Wish you had a cardio drum class. I do like my SS menbership with you and partucipate as much as posdible. Sometimes it is difficult to get to the new app but I am slowly learning
