For me, I was at the location back when it was Bodhi Tree and the space is something special. The instructors and the types of classes available are what has me back to practicing after a long absence.
First and foremost, the staff at my location (Kana, Paul, Allison) and their expertise, kindness, intentionality, and the attentive and personal tailoring of workouts; the approachability and manageability of the schedule/program; the simplicity yet professional-feel of the space; the opportunity to vary the program with themed days or a month(s)-long challenge.
I love the friendly greeting upon arrival, that the facility is always very clean and that scheduling is easy.

The sauna room itself was a nice pleasant surprise. The towels and the cool cloth at the end was absoutely the best and so refreshing. The music, the ability to adjust the heat and to learn about all the benefits was priceless.
Luke, Kyle, Teresa and Nathan are all fantastic. They know their stuff and are so supportive and encouraging. I have been going to discover strength for over a year and have seen great improvement in my overall strength and well being. Luke and his team have helped me fix a frozen shoulder by designing a program around my injury. I always feel safe in their care and it’s only two thirty minute sessions a week! I always leave discover strength happier than when I walk in. I highly recommend Luke and his team.
