I use the Sauna at my gym all the time. It is a traditional sauna. It is also always jam packed with 10 or more other dudes going in and out and in and out and in and out.
This was my first infrared Sauna experience. I loved that it is a private room. I was able to stay in for the whole 45 minutes where as I usually have to get out after 15-20 max. I should have jacked up the temp from the beginning but that's on me as I didn't really know what to expect. I got a really good sweat going and felt fantastic the rest of the day.
I did try the cold shower....I am going to have to work up to the full 45 seconds.
It great having a private shower in the same room.

From greeting as I walked in to check-out, excellent, professional services with a smile. Felt welcomed and comfortable. It was my first visit but didn’t feel like it. The check-in process was easy and didn’t require any paper forms. Hardly any wait time before my appointment. I had IPL Resurfacing. Rochelle was wonderful. She answered all my questions.

Friendly staff, great yoga and class instructors , knowledgeable trainers, excellent nutrition programs, meditation room, clean areas, wonderful Physical Soul Therapy -PT on sight, smoothies bar, fun contests all year round! Locker room sauna, steam bath and salt water pool is the best!
Zara takes the time to listen and explains everything clearly, and the results are fabulous and natural. Also she is jailer kind and has a great energy! I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back—highly recommend!

I love Women’s Fitness! Classes for everyone from beginner to advanced! Trainers are all fab and so are the girls on the desk! Polar is especially great- my favourite classes! In and out within an hour and intense work outs every time.

I love the spinning and 20 /20 /20 classes. Emmet, Aaron, Naill, Johan and Yana are fantastic trainers. The classes are always different and the vibe is always great.
