All of the trainers are so friendly. It’s nice that everyone knows your name. They welcome you and thank you every time you are in the studio. I like how each training session is personalized to me. Trainers are always concerned about my health. Always asking how I am feeling and open to adjusting workouts when needed. Studio is always clean. The trainers are very efficient. Starting on time and ending on time. Trainers are also very knowledgeable. When asked a question they are able to explain in detail. Always excited to go to Discover Strength for my workouts! Way to go team Hudson!

Customer service is A1! The girls in the front always make me feel welcomed. Audrey, Dulce and Larissa. The studio is always clean. When I go in my suite everything is ready, my light settings, my temperature setting and my music. Love this place and definitely would recommend (which I do)

I love deep roots! The only suggestion I have is blackout curtains on the windows so the rooms aren’t so bright :)

Staff is friendly and the facilities are well kept and clean. The service is also effective and I feel good afterwards. I only wish that there were more rooms because it can be difficult to get an appointment after work.
