My party and I had a great time learning some line dancing moves. Stormi was great and broke everything down so that we were able to grasp the steps easily and quickly. Will definitely be visiting again.

Most of the glasses are good.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. My massage therapist, Teresa, was very great to interact with. She was able to gauge the tension in my muscles and her massaging technique coupled with the breathing instructions she gave me, helped me relax as teh session progressed. Towards the end of it, I was feeling energized.

I also really love the new progress assessments and reports they’ve been providing. They are SO cool and incredibly helpful for understanding my progress, building my own awareness and seeing how far I’ve come.

Saunas are spacious and clean. The temperature is easy to control. Nice TV but it's tricky to control the sound volume on the remote. Just wish all your saunas had showers. Is WiFi available throughout the facility?
My Suna experience was refreshing and relaxing. I am looking forward to my next experience. It was no pressure experience.
