Always organized and fun classes.
Clean, efficient
Very friendly staff and my sauna is always clean and set up just how I like it. Always clean towels and showers in the saunas that have showers. Nice place,,, highly recommend it.
The workout, the efficiency of it, the results of it. And Caylee at Apple Valley!
Everything
Efficient and love the training staff.
Great workout
Personal approach , great team
The instructor Mansi was amazing! I was a beginner in the class and she really made sure that I was able to keep up. If I wasn’t able to do an exercise she gave a modification and would walk me through it personally. Definitely felt the workout the next day but I’m training for the marathon and this definitely helped with the strength training aspect.
Friendly, easy to work with trainers. Depending on my feedback and any particular muscle group to be worked more the trainers are flexible to change/add to a program to make it more custom to me.
Like the effects of the sauna.
Friendly staff. Good equipment. Location suits me. Good personal training sessions. I like the weigh ins too.
The best part is Miss Elaine. She is wonderful with students.

Great staff, attentive, polite, made us feel comfortable
Excellent roster of therapists led by an owner who invests in continuous improvement along with super helpful support staff and a gorgeous facility. Oh, and a short walk to delicious FireDog treats. Oh and a soliddiscounted membership option for frequent flyers…
It was very easy to check in and out. Sonia did a great job messaging all the knots off my neck and shoulder. She’s a very pleasant person and I recommend her very highly. I also love lake view of your facility very calm and peaceful.
