Mathnasium has been amazing for my 4th grader. She has grown so much in her computation, mental math, and confidence during the last 6 months. She is always excited to go and comes out smiling. She scored very low 2nd grade level when we first started - and just scored in the high 80% after just a few short months. Dianna has become so much more confident with numbers! It has been so great to receive positive feedback on how great she is doing, and such a shift in what I was hearing previously. It had been difficult to keep hearing from her teacher not so great feedback and the concern around that. And to now see her talk about numbers and see her confidence grow, just makes me so happy. All I want is for my child to feel confident about herself and I am seeing that each time more and more in Dianna.

These sessions are helping my daughter to gain confidence in math and strengthen her skills. She likes the quiet ambiance which helps her focusing on the tasks and the individual approach. I appreciate the feedback and comments from every session and the assessments to see and discuss my daughter progress and/or improvement, even to identify where she needs more support.
Love the curriculum how it meets each kid at their needs. My daughter is enjoying it and it is really helping her. I am recommending it as a first grade teacher to parents and teachers at my school.
I love the flexible schedule! Also, I am happy to noticed how my daughter feels more confident and had inprove so much in math.
The staff from top to bottom has been awesome. Our son looks forward to going and actually makes sure we have him scheduled during the week.

We tried other tutoring services in the past,and those other places had employees who had English as their second language and my child could not understand their instructions. Mathnasium has quality tutors, who are kind, friendly, and the facility is very cooperative with scheduling/rescheduling with my child who has special needs. The staff goes above and beyond to communicate/work with me and my child. The instruction is working and my child is improving in math! It is expensive for me a single mom, but with family support this is a true investment, especially with weird math styles taught in public schools. TY.

The staff and tutors are incredibly supportive, flexible with busy schedules, and always willing to adjust whenever needed. They have helped improve my daughter’s math skills and study habits in an engaging, encouraging, and supportive environment.
Randy has been especially wonderful to work with. He is attentive to ever-changing schedules, thoughtful about tutor alignment, and manages all the day-to-day logistics that come with running a center as large as Woodlands Mathnasium.

We have had a great experience at the Woodlands Mathnasium over the past four years. It was helpful in terms of giving my child more confidence, but way too expensive for a drop in lesson that does not offer one on one as a private tutor would.
The price would be the reason I would hesitate to recommend it.
Great environment for learning and they don’t give homework unlike other centers which allows the student to focus on the lesson. There is constant feedback and rewards. The program is good and they help with homework.
Our daughter improved a lot from using their services. Highly recommend.
All three of my kids have gone to Mathnasium for extra support, and all three have had amazing results. The tutors are great, and the environment feels safe and welcoming. My kids actually ask to go because they can see how much they’re improving , not just in their grades, but in their confidence too, and that is priceless.
They are friendly and respectful with us, they answered all questions for me as a Parent and for my Daughter too, Thank you for this place that created for kids.

My son (4th grade) made a 200% increase in his I-ready diagnostic scores in just 5 months at Mathnasium of Massapequa Park. They did what our school could not and he is finally up to grade level. We could not be happier or appreciative of the outcome.
Mathnasium is a good place for kids to learn math. We are happy to see that our child is learning better and gaining more confidence in math step by step. It has been a positive experience for us.
My son went from struggling in math to joining the mathletes, earning nearly a perfect score on the end of course test, and earning the top math award amongst all his peers! Needless to say we are thrilled with his progress.

I am very satisfied with how my 2 children have been developing their math skills under guidance of Mathnasium. The kids are ahead of the pack in school and that helps them to have fun in math instead of struggling with continuos catch up frustration.
Randy and his team are fantastic people. Always happy to sit down for an update and being flexible to last minute scheduling changes.
Would recommend this to any one. We tried other math education services, and all were home work class based programs, not Mathnasium. Since 3 years we do this and the development of the kids is amazing. My daughter is now one year ahead of school curriculum.

I actively recommend people to Mathnasium. Megan has been such a huge support for my daughter, and has gone above and beyond to ensure that she is at successful as possible at school. This includes continuing to follow up with a teacher who was non-responsive (both to myself and her), strategize with me on possible outcomes, and working to create meaningful content to allow my daughter to be confident in her tests and exams. The instructors have been able to break down her lessons and teach her in a way that allows her to understand what they have been doing in class. Since beginning at Mathnasium, she no longer feels overwhelmed and hopeless about her Algebra class, but instead comes out of tests feeling optimistic about how it went.
