when I need a part I 90% of the time contact Juan Solano and he always responds quickly. he is the reason for a 9 and price is reason for not getting a 10.

All employees, from the General Manager to the warehouse staff and mechanics, have an excellent attitude towards work and are very friendly. I recommend any company that owns hydraulic equipment to send their equipment to them for preventive maintenance.

My first time there Johnny Offer old school customer service. He made up some custom hoses the place was immaculate. The bathroom was spotless. They offer expertise that I could not find anywhere. Would recommend them to anyone!

The filter I needed was not in stock, and apperently not common, but the nice lady said she would find one and get back with me.... and thats exactly what she did. Often times in my exprience with other vendors, when its not in stock and easy that call back never happens. I appreciate her commitment to helping me get what I needed.

It is a pleasure doing business with Orlando Hydradyne. Folks there are very friendly. Like most companies there are one or two exceptional employees. I deal a lot with Victor. He is very good with customers. I know he is a go to guy. A flaw with many companies. They don't take full advantage of shinning star employees. Coworkers allow a few to carry a heavy work load. Knowledge and experience should be shared. Victor has a great attitude. He goes the extra mile.

Jason h, went above and beyond to help us find rebuild kits for our parker motors that where otherwise unavailable. and top top it off he was able to find us friction disc for our pump. also was able to expedite them and get everything we needed super fast. i look forward to using hydradyne in the future for any or my parker pump and motor needs.
