As always, Vanessa, Rich and Robb have always been very helpful when I need something. Always fast on getting a response from all 3. Veronica is very helpful as well whenever I come into the parker store to pick up my stuff.

I needed a spares kit for an actuator went to a few suppliers and Hydradyne were the most accommodating and managed to deliver 4 weeks ahead of planned schedule so was very happy with the service and support provided

Well the service was good, and the associates were friendly, bit the prices are incredibly high and the freight was unnecessarily expensive. I feel like parts are important and cost is equally a large consideration, and the value was close but definitely on the high side. I felt like some sort of military discount could have been afforded, as I'm a small business and my total was nearly 2000$.
