The facility is clean. Instructors are super nice, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Our daughter has been to 3 classes so far and her progression is very noticeable! We are so happy with our decision to enroll her.
The instructors are so kind and my grandchildren love it. Even on days when my granddaughter doesn’t want to go in the pool, the instructor has a way of easing her in the pool area. I like the atmosphere and the no more than 4 to a class so it feels as though they are getting 1:1 training. I’ve already seen the progress in my grandson and he loves it.
We love the instructors, love the program, love the makeup policy... we’re extremely happy with everything!

Aqua-Tots swim classes has been our family's favorite thing to do. It has been so amazing seeing our little one grow each week in the water. He loves to swim and the staff and coaches are all so wonderful.

Given high score due to the team members Alyssa, Kaitlyn and Amanda at our location. These ladies have gone above n beyond on providing the best Aqua tots service to myself and family but most importantly to our daughter. We had lots of questions in the beginning and they all patient n sympathetic to our concerns and answered them completely.
Also the location is always clean, friendly and my daughter has made friends at her lessons and look fwd to seeing them every week.
Due to Covid-19 we have faced hard ships in our careers but one thing we made sure was to save money n budget properly so our daughter can continue her lessons at Aqua tots. We as a family n our 3.5 yr old enjoys these moments at Aquatots and we felt as a family that the location was safe enough to continue investing in her learning there.

Coaches are great with the kids, patient but firm when need to be. The make up policy is great as well.
One piece of feedback is that I would really like to see you guys implement some type of survival swim as part of passing each level where kids would need to be in clothes and shoes. Super important that they are able to float or swim in cases where accidents happen and in most cases they are just in swim suits.
We love our Ahwatukee Aqua tots family! They are always thinking about what is best for my son and how to help him reach his goals of getting on swim team when we can.

Great instructors
We have been going to Aqua-Tots since our son was 8-9 months old. He has learned so much! Not only swimming but has helped him develop confidence. He doesn’t see swimming as a lesson but just a normal part of his routine and he loves it. He loves his coaches and the staff is always so attentive and genuinely interested in each and every kid. We love Aqua-Tots!!!

Swimming lessons are really excellent - my only criticism is that sometimes it's hard to hear the instructors as it gets very loud in the pool area.
