The instructors are patient and kind. They have helped both my daughters immensely. The deck supervisor made my youngest feel more comfortable being there. The rest of the team is also very helpful.
This has been an amazing experience for both child and parent. My daughter was petrified of water, deathly afraid, she wouldn’t even let us poor water over her head during baths. She was that kid that cried the entire time. 2 weeks passed and she was excited to see her teachers and make them proud. She is comfortable with and around water. Every day before class she tells me what goals she’s going to achieve that day. They noticed the behavior and are building that trust with my daughter to ensure she feels safe with them and with water. You would never know my daughter hated water.
The instructors have been wonderful with my son. I wish you got rid of mask restrictions and opened up the lockers. It is a big inconvenience. Otherwise I would have given you a 10.
They work with my schedule, even when we are inconsistent. Also when they help with our schedule changing so often, they are so gracious and sweet while helping!
My child also seems to take to the instructors very easily which is also amazing!!!!
The girls are a positive influence to our daughter. The atmosphere is very good for children.

My daughter has attended the Ahwatukee location since she was 2! We went for survival swim training, and at 7.... she is looking at completing on a club team next year!!! I want everyone to teach their child to swim for safety, but the life lessons taught are just as important! Accountability and coaching are top notch life lessons too!
The customer service and friendly staff go above and beyond everyday!! It always feels comfortable and professional and like we are right at home!!

The swim instructors do a great job teaching just the only thing I would change is our last lesson, we could not hear Briana. I would just suggest she speak a little louder so we don’t have to get so close to be able to hear what she is saying. I told her I can not hear her and she said ya it’s really loud in here but she didn’t try to speak louder.
The staff is friendly. The coaches are great with the kids!
The mangers and coaches are very good with the children and my daughter enjoys herself every time that she goes in.

En general estoy contento. Pero en época de pandemia NUNCA han respetado el hecho de que es una persona por Niño. Siempre entran dos o hasta tres personas. No hay aplicación a la regla de usar cubrebocas para todos los que entran ahí. Y NO SON TODOS pero he visto que empiezan las clases un poco tarde y terminan antes. Los entrenadores NO TODOS no dejan de ver sus relojes para ver a qué hora se termina. Pero en general hacen un estupendo trabajo. Gracias
Great program! The coaches provide good feedback and work with each child based on their abilities. Our son is hard of hearing (normally wears hearing aids when not in the water) and all have done a great job of using hand signals and being patient with him.
Atmosphere very pleasant and my son loves the place!
I would’ve given a 10 but I was really taken aback by the fact that admin was trying to get my 2 year old child to be in a class with 7, 8 and 9 year olds. Completely unacceptable.
