Great staff, new facility.

First time meet and greet. Staff is great. Receptionist was friendly and answered my questions. When I picked up Wilbur asked staff member how he was doing and he said great I get to play with dogs all day!

Our sweet little Patches received amazing care and attention, but most of all love while staying at Dogtopia. He had very active days and was kept busy, which made us feel so much better being apart from him. The facility is clean and safe, using excellent procedures to provide continual sanitary conditions. A place that does it right!!!!

I like that they have the “meet and greet” option so my dog who had never been to a dog day care could have try-out. The whole experience was very pleasant. The friendly staff, clean environment, and webcam service exceeded my expectation.

We were impressed with all aspects of Dogtopia. It is very clean and well designed. Most important to us, though, is the number of employees observing and interacting with the dogs in daycare rooms.

I like that the staff is hands on and the dogs get a good rest in the afternoon. Everyone is very friendly and caring. The webcams are awesome, my kids really missed our dog and we all loved getting to see her.

Professional and personal

One of our dogs only knows his commands in another language. It was awesome to watch the employees here try to learn the language so they could interact with our dog. Once they did, we enjoyed watching them on the webcam interact with our dog and to see him be so loving towards them.

The staff is nice and knowledgeable. iIt's a very clean and well organized facility and the dogs appear to be well taken care of and monitored.

My only request/suggesting is that I would receive more information as to how my dog did during her stay. the Report Card is a good idea, but doesn't really relay any useful information.
