Great staff! We had our meet and greet visit which was to determine if our dogs were behaved and well adjusted to fit into the pack of about 30 other dogs on the day we visited. They passed with flying colors and it was fun to watch the big screen TV in the lobby of the dogs playing and having fun. The staff is well trained, attentive and easy to talk to and ask questions. Our dogs spent the rest of the day having fun and when I picked them up they were exhausted! The amount of play and social interaction is really good for them and we will be taking them back to be boarded in week.

I love the fact that when I leave my dog Jake whether it be for half a day or a full day of daycare, I know he will be looked after and kept safe. I also love that while he is there I can get him groomed or brushed out. It’s just a wonderful place and everyone actually cares for all the dogs. And now that the weekends are open earlier ( 7am) I’m 100% satisfied. Just a wonderful place for Jake to go and I also love that I can quickly look in on him on the webcams and see how much fun he’s having.

THE most important thing to me is that my boy Hubert is safe. Safe in all aspects. The staff/canine companions pay close attention to the dogs behavior and body language. I am sure that there are times that things need to change up as far as staffing the rooms however it appears that they are pretty consistent with having staff in the same room as often as possible. I am glued to that webcam when I am not actually sitting in the lobby. I see them do positive corrections, interact with the dogs, do some simple training and they are right on top of the cleanliness aspect as well.

Here is the thing that I think a lot of people may not think of when it comes to Dogtopia. It is not only for daycare and boarding. My Hubert is a young DASD and has had zero opportunity to just play with another dog. To just be a dog and play with other dogs or at least chill with the hounds :) This location, and I am sure others as well, is an excellent place for socialization. I do not need boarding and I do not need daycare BUT he needs socialization! He comes as many times as I can bring him every week and just hangs out for approximately 3 hours. we have only been going a week but most everyday. I saw a change in him almost immediately when he saw a dog while we were out and about. The prices are very reasonable. If I want trained and competent staff working with my dog and the dogs surrounding him I am happy to pay the fees that go with that. The staff quickly felt like family and they are a large part of why I feel comfortable taking my precious Hubert there. REMEMBER, this location is not just for day care or boarding. They are flexible and welcoming to whatever needs you have in going there. I highly recommend you go for a tour or call and make an appointment for the temperament test. The facility is clean, many procedures in place for the well being and safety of your dog and the staff....they are knowledgeable, friendly, professional yet very warm and genuinely like dogs!! The staff is very friendly and well trained in dog behavior. Super clean! Toto does not come home smelling like all the other dogs. He is very calm and relaxed when he comes home. I am very pleased with the service you provide to keep our dogs happy and healthy!

The staff is very kind to our furry family member and I feel very comfortable leaving her in their care. They have been very supportive and caring to our Katie to make her feel at home and comfortable.

Staff seems great, tender with the animals, sweet. They’re mostly very young and at first I was concerned, but after seeing them work it’s clear they’re well trained, friendly, and enjoy being around dogs (important!)

They have been flexible and accommodating of my dog who deals with separation anxiety and isn’t the easiest pup to deal with.

You go above and beyond to care for my doggy! I can't remember the last time I was this satisfied with a company and staff. The entire staff is friendly and genuinely cares about taking care of my girl. They do little things without me even asking. (and are extremely patient when I ask for things! ha!)

I have noticed the sweetest changes in my little Pippa. She loves her Dogtopia family. (She even sulks a little when we leave...which I try not to take personally ;))

I am so impressed with managers Josh and Brianna and would definitely recommend Dogtopia to anyone.

It is nice to know my Pippa is getting exercise, rest and lots of attention while I am at work.

I love that the staff makes an effort to remember my dog, and they seem friendly and professional! It's also nice that it's a family business; I know that the owners want the business to succeed!

I like the cleanliness of the facility and the attentive care my dog received. The interaction of my dog with others - the freedom of not being housed in a cage the whole time I'm gone and the genuine concern the staff has for the dogs is wonderful.
They truly care about these animals in their charge. I felt like Alex got the same level of care and attention that I would have given him had I not been traveling.
