Seems like the associates enjoy bring with the dogs. I wish there were more engaged with the dogs. Fetch, petting, ect...versus just letting them roam

We were bringing our dogs in for a spa day. They remembered their names as we walked in and provided excellent service. We don't ever worry about how they will be treated and the services provided.

Not having to worry about my dog knowing she is safe and well taken care of. I also really appreciate that the employees follow through and give her her car sickness medication at the time that I asked for it to be given as we have an hour's ride home and I don't want her to be uncomfortable.

Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Faith sat down with me and went over everything they have to offer and listened to me when I told her all about my pup Licorice. They were patient with me and Licorice. I had a chance to see her in the play room with the pup pack and it was very cute. It’s like watching toddlers at a Jamboree.

They took a profile picture of Licorice, posted it on Instagram/Facebook, and gave me a report card of what her day.

I'm really excited to see what Licorice’s journey will be like with all of her new friends at Dogtopia.
