The staff is friendly and efficient. My dog Bella is shy and submissive so the staff give her lots of love and encouragement when she is in the Toy Box. I know she is safe and cared for while she is there.

I like that there are cameras to watch your pet. Although I would like for the Toy Box camera to be angled at a different position in the room. A lot of times the worker/trainer exits the room and the dogs seem to go towards the corner of the camera where there is a blind spot.

What's not to like?? I'm greeted by name, my dog howls with joy when we pull into the parking lot, and I have 100% confidence that she'll cared for in the cleanest and safest facility in the state.

Friendly and helpful staff. Prices are reasonable. Guinness looks forward to his play dates and comes home happy, hungry and tired.
When we’re on vacation we trust the staff to take good care of him and to call us if there is a problem.
Also they have a fun newsletter which features treats and training for the dogs throughout the month.

Everyone treats my dog like it is their own dog. The facility is always clean and the check in and check out process is easy. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the owner is just a really nice guy.

Benny loves playing all day and without Dogtopia I’d struggle to keep up with his exercise needs. Besides, it’s nice one of us gets to have fun while I’m at work!

It is a clean facility - staff are attentive to when dogs go potty. Our pups are new to Dogtopia but seemed to adjust well. I would have liked to see staff interact with them more as I saw them do with other dogs. We are happy they have a place to go when they need a bit of socialization and when we go out of town and can’t have someone to stay at the house with them.

The staff rocks! They exude love and care to every baby brought in which can be seen by all the tail wagging when the kiddos are received each morning. I enjoy watching them interact with my baby throughout the day, it's comforting knowing she's not just taken back and ignored for 9 hours.
