I like the Yoga and body pump classes. The friendly staff and the class teachers are amazing.
I love my local YMCA but am distressed with the recent events caused by the Roanoke Association employees. I will be continuing to support my local Y in every way that I can, but I do not respect the association with those in Roanoke as of now. Such a sad time for our Rockbridge YMCA.
I haven't participated in any programs, but the facilities are excellent, as is the equipment.

I go in and work out early in the morning and I have no problem with that because I can get each machine without waiting. I do wish I could use a pool to further my workout. Equipment hasn’t been down a lot for repair which is a good thing, enjoy the atmosphere, everyone speaks to you and are friendly.
I love doing cardio intervals on the eliptical machine. My good cholesterol is the highest it has ever been at my age 79!

I would like to see more live classes in the afternoons rather than the virtual classes. I cannot attend the morning classes that are of interest to me, and they are either not offered in the afternoon, or are virtual classes.
