There are various times and activities to choose from. Everyone is very nice. There's lots of activity. It's great to see so many people around, being active and trying to stay healthy.
I really enjoy the variety of programs that the YMCA offers, and I think the staff are very friendly and helpful. The facility that I go to in Salem Virginia is spotless all the time, it’s a beautiful place to go and exercise.

Lots of program options offered at times that are convenient for members. Staff is helpful and the facility is outstanding. Leadership appears to be very responsive to member needs and requests. Keep up the good work!

Variety of exercise classes. Daily pickle ball gym times.
There is plenty of equipment to use even when it's busy. The staff are courteous. And I had a Fit Start meeting with Greg and it went wonderfully. I was shown how to use the equipment that was best for my physical needs and was given a written up work out plan.
I don't use them
I volunteer for y splash. Its the most rewarding thing I have done for the last 20 years. Giving them a skill no one can take away.

Something for everyone

My experience has been to watch my grandson have fun at practice and smile between swims despite the excruciating workout because he has bonded well with his teammates and his coaches make him feel welcome.
