All the people that we have spoken to at the swimtastics West Omaha location have been very nice. They were able to place my daughters in classes that were appropriate to their swim level. The class sizes are small which is great for the kids. It allows for the instructor to give them the attention that they need.
Their instructor is mr. Caleb. He is really good with the kids. Gives them equal amounts of attention during the class periods. And my girls really like him.
Love the teachers and the pool. We’ve tried other places and they were ok but my kids immediately excelled when they started Swimtastic. Miss Lauren and Mr. Caleb do so well with our kids.
Lauren did a great job with out 8 month old daughter. My wife wanted to become more comfortable swimming alone with our daughter and she is more than ready now. Having a pool at our house made it more important to learn how to properly handle our daughter in the water and learning what she is capable of. I was excited to see her take and hold her first breath underwater. With the lessons we are ready to continue teaching our daughter basic swimming skills. I would recommend Swimtastic to anyone wanting to learn basic skills for their children.

We loved Miss Lauren and Miss Sara! They were always so positive and made swimming so much fun. My son went from not wanting to put his face in the water at the beginning of the spring session to diving under water to get toys and swimming laps at the end of the session.
The teachers are great! My children won’t just go to anyone, and the manager took extra steps to try and match their personalities/learning styles to the best teacher fit. The teachers did everything they could to help them feel safe and have some fun! They are also very skilled in teaching, as my kids have made tremendous growth in swimming since we switched to this facility! So glad we made the change!
Small class size. Instructors emphasize water safety. Gradually ease the kids into the water.
Started in Jan 2018 with my daughter screaming through the whole class. Pushing her a little more fast forward to May 2018, she is a fish! Great job on persistence and not letting her tell you no!! I can say she has done a 180 and loves the water and how fun a day at the pool is now!!
I like the one on One attention the kids get. Also the teachers are very patient with the kids. How fast they learn how to swim. We have been coming to Swimtastic’s for about 8 years and the kids love going. Thank you swimtastic’s for all your hard work teaching my grand kids how to swim.

The instructors do an amazing job. They’re patient, kind and really know how to gain kids’ trust. Our 2 year old daughter has learned so much and loves going to her lessons each week!
I love the individual attention each child receives even in a group lesson. Chloe is awesome and Ashley did a great job subbing two weeks ago!

Everyone you work with from the instructors to the front desk are happy and helpful. The pool is warm, the facilities are nice and the instructors seem to know just how to teach and push your child just enough while still having them feel comfortable.

The swim teachers and the availability. Everyone is very pleasant and has realistic expectations for a 4 year old. Even the group lessons are tailored to each individual child within the group. We’re very impressed with the progress our child has made over the last 6 months.

My kids love Swimtastic. We are currently going 3 times a week. It is amazing how much they have already learned in such a small amount of time. We are extremely impressed and thankful our girls are learning how to swim! Would highly recommend!
