It's been only one session so far.
Can he online registration and site are a bit confusing, but every time I called someone answered or called back and was extremely kind, patient and helpful.
The first session seemed good. The only thing that concerns me is that my daughter is new to the existing three other kids and they are a bit farther along then her. I just hope she's able to get the training she needs to catch up. Otherwise super happy!
Currently we are day 4 of swim camp. My grandson absolutely loves his teacher. Lots of 1 on 1
Lauren is fantastic. She works wonderfully with my son and goes out of her way to accommodate us. You are lucky to have her.
I really feel like we’ve tried everything when it comes to swim lessons with my three kids. This has, by far, been the best experience we have had. All three of them have improved so much and we’ve had NO tears!

The one on one instructions were great and all the interactions with the kids were positive and encouraging. The kids definitely learned a lot in a short amount of time.
The instructor was amazing and the front desk staff was also very welcoming and explained things well!
LOVE this place! We tried another swim lessons company before this, and we were happy we switched. Swimtastic incorporates learning with play, and our son has such a fun time with his teacher, Ms. Cleo, that he doesn't feel like it's work. Our son has only been going a month and is already learning more than he did in 6 months at the place we used to go to. Their staff is very friendly, helpful, and you can tell they care about their students.
Previously, where we went before, our son (couldn't swim yet) fell into the 5ft and no one but myself and my husband saw. Luckily, we sat close enough to the pool to pull him out. But the staff didn't say a word to us about it. We we're always nervous it would happen, and it finally did.
Some things I like that was different than where we went before:
They don't turn their back on the kids when they're having them swim out.
They have pods that the kids can sit on and also swim out to.
The little ones who can't swim yet don't sit right on the edge of the pool of the 5ft.
Someone is ALWAYS on deck watching without distraction.
Also, the room and water are very warm, so the kids won't be discouraged by cold water. And they get to go down a slide at the end :)
I definitely recommend Swimtastic!
Everyone we have worked with has done an extraordinary job with our daughter! All the staff seem to have the best interest of the children. Everyone has always been friendly and professional!

My daughter has been going to Swimtastic for only 3 1/2 months and has made tremendous progress. She had never taken lessons before and is already able to back float, swim 10 feet and is progressing nicely on her turns. I would highly recommend!
Curriculum based and that the kids are learning survival skills!

I love how caring they are with our two year old son. I love how they are always making sure he is safe when he is doing his lessons by swimming one on one with a teacher or waiting one on one with a teacher for his turn.
I've only been 2 times but its been great. The willingness to help my son with his issues and being special needs has been a life savor. Helping my son learn to swim when other places haven't. I'm glad I made the call and talked to talk to swimtastic.

We had a great experience at Swimtastic! We were greeted right when we walked in the door. The staff explained everything to us and gave us a tour of the facility. The instructor was great! My daughter really liked her and responded well to her. We're excited to go back and continue our lessons!
My son just started but they get right to work and really push them to learn important skills fast. His teacher is fantastic and so sweet but all the teachers seem great. Great experience so far.
We absolutely loved it! My daughter was scared at first but by the time she was finished she was so happy and excited.
