My fur baby Winston has been going here for almost a year now- I receive a red carpet treatment coming and going. I have also seen other customers receiving this exact treatment. Winston loves it here for a day and even overnight stays. He is excited every time we go. The handlers, staff and owners are top notch and seem like family to me and Winston! My dogs display intense enthusiasm when they realize that we are heading to Dogtopia of Jacksonville, at the Avenues, for boarding. When my dogs catch me filling individual meal bags with food, they begin to spin in circles and squeal with excitement until we arrive at Dogtopia. My dogs rush into the lobby and head straight for the door that leads to the play area, without hesitation. I am fortunate to have found a solid dog boarding and day care facility that values and cares for my dogs. I appreciate that every staff person is engaging, dog-loving, and human-friendly.
The staff is amazing and the owners are so wonderful! Crosley begs to go to daycare every morning and comes home warn out in the evenings. ❤️

Dogtopia is my bulldogs' favorite place in the world! The staff is nice and caring and goes out of their way to make it an enjoyable experience!
Our first experience was a great! The staff were very friendly and professional. I could tell that they were happy to help and great with our dogs. The facility was very clean and everyone was attentive to our dogs and that this was their first time there and making them comfortable. Looking forward to many days of fun play for our to fur babies.

Everyone professional. Love that they have evaluations to see how your dogs responds to other dogs prior to staying. Love that they cameras. Fun for dogs. Just love it all.
We love Dogtopia! Schatzie and Dash have been attending Dogtopia since we moved to the Jacksonville area from Tulsa, OK about six months ago. They were use to a spacious outdoor yard and finding Dogtopia gave them all the exercise they needed until we located to our new home in St. Augustine. We still make the drive to utilize all of their accommodations to include their half/full day daycare, boarding and spa services. Now that they are exposed to other furry friends, they have become more social with other dogs and people. I love that you can check in on them with their Webcams via your cell phone. They never give me any resistance when I bring them in fact they are anxious to jump out of the car and head for the door. A loving and caring staff member, and almost always, the owners greet them at the door. I never have anxiety over leaving my loves at Dogtopia!
Everyone has been so kind and understanding as our furbaby has started going to Dogtopia. The coaches and staff really work with the dogs to help them adjust and be successful in the environment. It is a great place for my furbaby to have safe, supervised off-leash fun and burn off some energy while we are at work. The play time and training games are already making a difference for the furbaby. Everyone has commented on the changes they notice at home,even after only a couple times at Dogtopia. Highly recommended this wonderful place for canine family members!

Dogtopia is a very friendly place. They took my puppy Tinkerbell who was not used to be around other dogs and put her in a safe and inviting environment to meet other dogs. Staff is very knowledgeable and very nice! I would tell anyone looking for services to go there! Will be taking Tinkerbell back soon!!
