The webcams are my favorite part so I can always check in and see how my baby is doing while we are away. We used to feel terrible about leaving him. We no longer feel bad because we can always see how happy he is to arrive at dogtopia and we can login and see him having so much fun through his stay.
Staff is always friendly. Owners frequently if not always greet you at door in a warm and know your babies by name. My babies, Schatzie and Dash, are always excited to attend day care. They are absolutely exhausted when we return home so I know they get a full day of play and activity. I drive from St. Augustine to use Dogtopia services.
This place was wonderful! The staff was great and the service was excellent. Most important they treated my pet with love and special care. I would highly recommend this dogtopia to anyone looking for a few hours of playtime to several days of boarding. Your pet will be in excellent hands.

The attention given to my puppy is great. Just noticed, however, a meal issue. I got back a can but not the dry food, which should have been mixed and given to my puppy. The webcam available for parents is awsome. We really like this place for our puppy.
We love the flexibility of being able to drop off for daycare with out needing a reservation. We are confident that our pups are being well cared for in a great and friendly environment. Just seeing that our pups are so excited and we can't get out of the car and in the door fast enough. We happily recommend Dogtopia to all our friends.

My dog has been attending Dogtopia for a few months now. The staff is very personable and remembers my dog by his name. There is 24/7 video cameras (besides nap time) that you can access from your phone! When I drop of my dog off I have trust he will be well taken care of and safe!

Came yesterday for a meet and greet. We had a fantastic experience, facilities clean, and most importantly, our fur baby had a blast! We will be coming back.
Close to my home and I feel my dog is safe there. She gets to socialize with other dogs and stay busy certain times when we aren’t active doing things.
They check health records to ensure dogs are up to date on vaccines.
I love that my dog gets to play with other dogs in an open environment and not just for a few minutes here and there! She doesn’t spend 23 of 24 hours in a kennel!! I’m able to log on and see her playing thru the web cam’s too.
The ability to use either full or half, personalized service, no contracts, they staff are always nice, and most important they take excellent care of my pet!

They were amazing! I have never seen my dog so happy and tired. He came home and slept all night, he was exhausted! Everyone there is so nice and accommodating. Definitely the best dog daycare and boarding I have ever used! Slash will be back regularly.
We absolutely love dogtopia at the avenues. We have been using their services for about 6 or 7 months now and both Lynn and Jay are great. We have had nothing but a great experience with both doggie daycare and boarding services. Our dog loves it so much that he will wait by the car door when we go for walks in the morning, hoping we will say the words "doggie daycare." The open play dogtopia provides allows him the much
needed excercise required for a healthy dog. Starting him out early has also allowed him to properly socialize with other dogs his size. The staff are very reliable, well trained, trustworthy and very loving to our pup. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Scout and Sailor love to come for a visit. They remain happy to return again and again. If you didn't take excellent care of them wouldn't look forward to going back.
