Coach K is a fantastic swim instructor! We have loved the MONDAY-Wednesday Mommy & Me swim lessons. She’s been patient and enthusiastic in teaching the kids and has created a safe and fun environment in the water.

Why doesn’t the y accept silver sneakers as many fitness centers and senior centers do?
I’m a water baby, so I walk on the track first thing for 1 hour, which is 2.5 miles for me. I stop and have coffee fur 30-45 minutes, then I get in the pool to water jog and take a 9:00 water aerobics class.
There’s several classes to pick from and they’re all the classes.
They are user friendly. All personnel extremely friendly and helpful. I felt so at ease and a part.
I like to run on the track.

We Walker Park YMCA is one of the most complete sports/athletic facilities I’ve ever used. From the pool to the indoor track the facilities are first class some of the best that I’ve ever used during my time here in Atlanta. When I have a big plus is as a member of the YMCA my membership extends to other YMCA’s all over the country. The YMCA is clean equipped with the latest equipment in family-friendly. I highly recommend the white walker poor YMCA.

well managed facility.
We just started but already love the indoor pool, although i thought it would be warmer LOL.
We just tried out the kids Zumba class with our 2yr old and we all LOVED it. My spouse just played Pickle Ball Tuesday for the first time and loved it. We checked out the play center after kids Zumba and my toddler didn't want to leave. So far we are loving it!
