What do you like about our programs and activities?

There’s a variety of activities in all fitness levels. The pool is maintained nicely and the weight room is well equipped. I have made many friends over the last 12+ years at the Wade Walker location and the instructors are excellent!! I particularly enjoy the yoga classes, water aerobics, and the strength classes!
