great programs and activities for all ages
I enjoy going to the exercise classes
When can we receive tumblers for the "See Ya, Summer Challenge"
The people are nice and friendly. Except that one older gentleman who harassed me at the counter and I had to speak with the director to actually work out.
I loved Tara’s YFit class. She’s a great instructor! Her class was very effective and I loved her energy and class structure.
It’s a great community
Having programs for all age groups, individuals and families is a major asset.
Friendly atmosphere, clean facility.
I am very disappointed that the indoor pool area was out of order for about a month. I feel that some type of reimbursement or less charge for a month of membership fee should be applied.
Excellent water aerobic trainer. Tony is awesome. I'm losing weight. Friday stretch class is great too. She is great.
So far I've had great instructors and the classes have been fun and filled with nice participants. The pools have areas for kids to feel confident when they are learning to swim. The weight room is amazing and I love the windows that keep the room bright. The kids area has sweet helpers that are so kind to my granddaughter. Everything about this gym is perfect and I love it!
I just tried the WW Y because it's now much closer to my home than the Decatur Y, which I've used for years.
I found the weight/cardio room to be light, clean, and pleasant. The staff was friendly, and I will definitely be back.
That said, I have held off trying the WW because there are so many fewer classes at this Y.
Why is that?
The professional and friendly attitudes of all personnel.
The variety of activities available.
The clean and safe facility.
Plenty of free parking.
The ability to meet others in my age range.

Family Fun for all ages
Incredible staff, especially the child care workers that make or break the experience for me

Yfit group is the best!
I like the facility and all that it has to offer. It's close to our home and the people are super nice!
The programs and activities are good for seniors
the family atmosphere
I am a senior, and I love the water aerobics class on Monday’s and Wednesday mornings!!
Everything is goood
I like the same experience that I get each time I go what I expect I get I enjoy that.
Front Desk staff were engaging and welcoming. They were quick to respond to all my questions with a smile. In some other facilities, staff are often distracted on their portable devices. The equipment was clean, well spaced out, and up-to-date. Parking was plentiful with ample space between lanes.
Like the upgrades to the seated area by the pool window, and the lounge area by the track. Like the addition of a touchless door leading to the locker rooms. Also, appreciate the investment in new lockers, many of the other facilities have old, broken ones. Fitness Centre staff stayed at desk instead of periodically walking the floor though.
Clean, spacious areas to exercise. Courteous and attentive staff.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean
The accessibility and support
I like the classes and the instructors
Mostly I use the pool area. Overall, I'm satisfied with the facility.
