I mainly do the classes. Your instructors are the BEST!! I come in the morning, and the class times work great for me. I waited until I retired to join, as the after work classes were too early for me to get to from work. If you are trying to attract working folks, most people can't get to a class before 6:00-7:00.

AS always McCluskey is serving the Marietta/East Cobb community by being there and operating safely. While roll out of popular classes/programs has been slow, it has been methodological. I believe the Y community is ready to reemerge from home and the Y will be there for us.

I like that there are YMCA facilities all over town and they all are well run and clean. The YMCA has done a great job of making members feel safe with the excellent pandemic precautions they have adopted. I highly recommend the range of programs and activities they have

I LOVE the Group Exercise classes. Good variety most of the time. Would like to see more strength and Boot Camp and I know Misty is working on that. Great instructors that are professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful.
LOVE MY YMCA PEEPS!
Intelligent response to COVID requiring members to wear masks before other fitness facilities like Lifetime or LA Fitness. Opportunity to work out outdoors (offering opportunities to all members not just those ready to exercise indoors) has been so appreciated. Focus on helping our communities makes us proud to be members. The Y has done a wonderful job during so challenging a time. Thank you!

I love everything about the Y! There are so many different kinds of classes and the instructors are amazing. I really like how the staff are taking COVID and everyone's safety very seriously.
I attend several classes a week as my schedule and class availability allows. (pilates, strength, intervals and I would attend barre if I could) I am glad to do weight bearing exercises to help ward off osteoporosis - also doing it in a class format is just fun. Lots of nice people in the classes.
I also use various machines at least a couple of times/week for an hour or so. I generally don't like doing this as well as attending a class but once I get there, I usually sort of perk up and have a good work out. (if I'm not in the mood and there isn't anyone to encourage me like in a class, I just machine hop from one cardio machine to another - 10 minutes on each until I've been on all of them)
I know you are not asking for this but want to mention that I think the fellowship that used to be offered for the seniors is greatly missed. I have talked to some of the people who used to come to the Y, have coffee and then use some machines and/or go to yoga. Whenever I talk to them, the first thing they ask is if the coffee and tables are back. For them, the fellowship is most important. I know one of them is seriously depressed and I am worried about her. I wish a way could be found for someone to dispense the coffee to them and chairs spaced apart.

I like the convenience and layout of the facility. I don't like that some of your employees in the area with the bikes and treadmills do not always comply with your mask policy.
