Love the exercise classes. Instructors are excellent and make it fun. I come as often as I can. Wish there were more options for barre classes.
The Arthritis Water Arobics class on Tuesday and Thursday with Joyanna is great. It helps to comfort my muscles and bones Is great!!!!

That you have a way for everyone to work fitness into your budget. And all ages are welcome and no one thinks about anything but working together as a team. Sometimes you might encounter a person who is not open-minded to people of different ethnicities but you find this in everything you do. So I look pass it and enjoy my time in good company.
