Liked the stretch room as a smaller space to stretch and do mat work.
The facility is clean & organized. I’ve only been a member for about a month so may have more feedback later. I plan to explore other programs after school starts.
Great classes and an emphasis on serving the less fortunate in our community keeps us coming back! It has been a “home away from home” feeling since we became members in the 1990s.

Zumba class is great on Tuesdays at 10AM. I like the gym. The walk track is nice

Variety of classes, great instructors and varied scheduling
I like that there’s frequent Tai Chi classes (with a seasoned instructor). The Wellness Center us always staffed by friendly and helpful people (Ishmael and Trevor, in particular). Having a blood pressure cuff at that desk for ad hoc testing is nice. There is such a wide diversity of Cybex equipment for weight lifting. And, lastly, but certainly not leastly for me, the whole place is very well taken care of (a note here to Mrs. White, my Fourth Grade Teacher - I know that I just ended that sentence with a preposition. I really like doing that, and wish that the rule will be changed some day !). Each of the Cleaning Staff members whom I’ve encountered seem to take a large measure of pride in keeping the place clean for the YMCA Family.

The cardio, strength, and step classes. Very good instructors, and are willing to answer any questions you have after class.
I like that there are a variety of exercise classes and a range of difficulties.

I like the fact that everything is clean, it's never over crowded and I can attend ANY YMCA across the states. The classes are a bonus and I appreciate being able to book a lane in the pool for days when I want to do water aerobics.

Love the Pickleball on M-W-F
I like the ease of checking in at the front desk.
My kids and I love the childcare/play center! They’re all wonderful but we specifically love Jamilla and Hasna. I always feel comfortable leaving them while I work out. I also like that the kids are all the way in the back upstairs. I’ve toured other gyms where the kids are right by the front door and I just like that extra layer of safety with them being tucked in further to the gym. I really like that the same employees work the same schedule so I know who will be taking care of my kids. That’s important to me.
My kids aren’t quite old enough to participate in the group sports or camps but we are excited for when that time comes. Love seeing the kiddos out on the field and all the little ones in camp this summer.
I also love that I see custodians cleaning during my visits. It’s nice to walk into a clean facility. And I like that sanitizing spray bottles are readily available when I walk in to use the machines.
I’ve tried a variety of classes and enjoyed each one. It was easy to sign up on the app and the instructors made it easy to follow along in the class. One suggestion I have is to add more yoga classes during the weekday mornings while the play center is open. A power yoga or vinyasa class at 10 or 11am would be absolutely amazing!!!!
A few other things my family has loved-
The parking spots for families with young children. It’s nice to not cross through the parking lot with babies and toddlers. We also love the pool and the ability to use it year round. We love the saunas and steam room!! Such a nice thing to have at our gym!! The landscaping as you approach the entrance is always so pretty and inviting. And I absolutely love seeing other members gather at the tables in the front lobby or working at the little tables sprinkled throughout the gym. It just has a really nice atmosphere overall.
Both our kids had a great time. One was orange boys, three-year-old and our daughter was six with the girls and she was on the red team. It was a great season and they both had fun would highly recommend.
I like the YMCA and it's availability to the community for all. It has programs for all ages and inclusive to everyone.

It would be nice to sign up for a series of classes that meet regularly instead of signing up every week 24 hours in advance of class. As part of the process, provide the option to on-line cancel when we are not going to be able to make the class. (That would open spots for others.) To make sure this is not abused, have a no-show penalty...as in, you cannot use the series sign up feature if you fail to cancel 2 times in a 6 month period.
