What do you like about our programs and activities?

I use the cardio room and inside track. They are clean and well tended. I especially like the no cell phone rule and hope that it is enforced more carefully in the future.

I like oo how friendly and helpful your employees are - Judy, Linda for example.

Your pool and hot tub are helping me, at 86, stay energetic, strong, flexible, relaxed, and young.

I do my exercises at home.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I just enjoy being at the Y with all the friendly people and staff - like my home away from home. The exercise programs are varied so there is something for everyone and the instructors are fanstasticr.

Just started using the Y and have found everyone to be very helpful, great to be around and have found that there's a vast number of things to do at the Y!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The YMCA staff are great. I use a pool lane for my lap swimming, and I use the exercise equipment for strength training. Members are friendly and good conversation is experienced. .
The stretching classes are good too.

I love the many classes with excellent instructors. Also, I appreciate the clean facilities, friendly people, coffee available during the week, and individual TV's with the workout machines!

I use the pool and the track and both are very like. The Y is always clean and the staff always friendly.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

All the staff there is great! Our kids LOVE everyone at childcare and the Parents Morning program has been a lifesaver.
