We love the MCY for their friendly and helpful staff, clean facility, indoor pool and an abundance of group class option for me and my kids. We are also huge fans of the Y Summer camps and the monthly parents’ night out programs. My sons think that the Y is their second home :)

I typically just use the pool and cardio equipment. The lifeguards are super friendly. Used to attend the yoga classes, but they don't work with my schedule anymore. I do wish there were more classes offered on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
Absolutely! The warm cozy environment and such amazing customer service makes the programs and activities much fun to be around. It always feels like a home away from home. Thanks McCleskey YMCA!

It's too soon to tell because I'm a new member, as well as, a first time member of the "Y". That said, I am very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and how nice all the members and staff are, everyone has been very respectful, willing and helpful.
It's been a delightful experience so far.

The activists are well organized and each are thoroughly explained. You offer multiple times and dates for participation. All activities offer several levels from beginners to advanced (and all between).

There are so many programs to choose from and it's easy to sign up for them on-line. Communication is great and my kids have had wonderful coaches!
Childcare services come handy for participation. It would help to have longer hours of care over the weekends.

I love the variety of classes offered and how your instructions stay on trend. Everyone wants to try the newest fitness program and I love that the Y offers it!
The YMCA has always had fitness programs that benefit each individual and not a corporate entity ie the members are the shareholders.. The nonprofit operation of the YMCA means that a higher percentage of the membership fees can be allocated to instructors and programs concerned for the welfare of each participating member. The members are friendly. I swim laps in the pool and take the yga stretch class each week.
It is very inconvenient to have to carry around either your phone or a piece of paper when using the machines. Therefore, I have stopped using the machines so I feel that I am not getting what I paid for.
I am not sure how you could fix this. The system you had before was fabulous. So I would say that if I did recommend any of the YMCA sites I would caution about this inconvenience.
I like the availability of the pool. Some part of it is always open for individuals to swim. Water aerobics classes being offered everyday is great. They are my favorite. I am not retired, but I can arrange my day to accommodate the time. I, also, enjoy the people and the instructors. They are all so friendly. The clean dressing room makes attending classes in the middle of the works day doable.
