The Y is a wonderful place for families to enjoy physical activity and swimming together. There is something for everyone. We love that we can bring our cooler and food of our choice to enjoy by the poolside. That allows us to affordably spend the day at the Y and eat things appropriate for our lifestyle and needs.
Our only negative is that we are only allowed to bring the same guest ONE time. We believe it would be more profitable for the Y to charge a small fee for a guest to return with a member family instead of forcing their family to join to spend time with a members children. My kids have chosen to swim at their friends house in a community pool instead of the Y on numerous occasions because of this rule. We understand you promote membership in the community but not everyone wants to join and friends are an integral part of summer to kids of all ages. Please reconsider changing the rule to charge a fee for a guest instead of excluding them altogether just because they are not a member.

The Y is great. My only complaint is the exercise equipment on the jogging/walking track. It is a hazard when 2 people are walking abreast and a jogger wants to pass. There is not enough room. I am afraid someone will trip and get injured some day.
I have been in many Ys with indoor tracks above the gym, but never one that had exercise machines, rowers, etc on the track!

I really enjoy the Monday evening Strengthen and Tone class. ?Debbie? (sorry have been twice so far) has literally kicked my butt both weeks. Makes me push myself more than I would on my own. I am also enjoying the Tuesday evening Water Challenge class also pushes me more than I would alone.
The Coach Approach is so helpful. 1st she was the one that encouraged me to try the classes when I was wanting to just work out alone. 2nd She has been so helpful with my setting solid goals and figuring out steps to meet them.

I like the gym and the outdoor pool. It’s also always very clean. I really like Yesi’s classes. She is very energetic and knowledgeable.
I am a senior citizen and the classes for Seniors and yoga are terrific
I enjoy the large variety of exercise classes, for me, I especially like ashtanga yoga, zumba and pilates.

Have been going to Y for years. Staff always friendly, many classes for all ages, and facilities kept clean and cared for. Swim, classes, treadmill, gym area for pickleball and walking track are so appreciated, especially in summer and winter. AWAY pass has been most helpful for travel stay-overs in other parts of the country.

Good variety
I love the wide variety of classes offered. I also love the many pieces of equipment available. I've never had to wait for a machine to complete my workout. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

I really havnt tried any of the programs. I love the pools, hot tub and gym. That’s the extent of my use so far. The girls at the desk are WONDERFUL!! Some know me by name.
