The classes let us know how to modify if necessary and encourage everyone to do what they are capable of..
Love the Pickleball lessons and open play.  Henry is doing a great job!
I like the classes offered but some of them have moved to new times or days and the changes disupt peoples regular schedules.

I have not been coming to the Y for too long now. But I have enjoyed everything immensely thus far.

I like the offers of different styles of exercises. From TRX, kick boxing, Parkinson, and senior classes. Wish they didn't compete against each other and offer different levels from beginners senior to younger. Wish some of the swimming classes were more challenging. And at different times. It would be great to do a couple of land classes then to cool off by doing a water class. It would be great if the Y would offer more community classes like cards games, etc
i AM 75 YEARS OLD AD i GO TO THE POOL i AM HANDICAPPED AND EVERY ONE THERE IS VERY HELP FULL.. iT IS A VERY ICE FACILITY.

Overall, I'm impressed with how clean the facility is - kudos to the workers who do such a good job cleaning!
The Y provides a wide range of activities which I enjoy. Particularly the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The pools are always clean! I also enjoy using the hot tub.
The gym is well equipped although some of the equipment is a bit dated so I suggest the Y consider replacing with newer equipment. There is a separate room for a wide range of aerobic equipment and a stretching area. I've never felt the gym was crowded and there is always ample equipment available that I can if I'm waiting for someone to complete their workout on another piece of equipment I want to use. The people are friendly.
I also enjoyed the beginning yoga class on Saturdays but am disappointed that the 10:30 - 11:15 class was apparently discontinued. They had very good instructors that rotated each Saturday. I hope the class returns soon.
If you have children, they have a lot of programs and activities including swimming lessons. I took an adult swim stroke improvement class with Risa, the swimming program Director. She is an excellent instructor. I improved my free-style stroke, learned how to kick-turn, and am currently practicing the butterfly stroke with the instruction she provided.
There's an indoor basketball court which is also is used for indoor pickle ball. They also have an indoor walking/jogging track that overlooks the basketball court; nice to use on rainy days.
The Y offers many types of classes that makes it a great value for families looking to get in shape and have fun doing it.
I'm new so haven't done a lot. The water aerobics classes are awesome, so I'll continue with them. I enjoyed the one chair yoga class I  took.

Great classes with qualified teachers. Friendly atmosphere. Clean, well kept facilities.
I only use the track. I like it because it’s level and I have trouble on slopes. And I also like that it is sheltered from heat and weather. I try to use it five times a week.
