zumba classes
We love the family feeling we get at the Y, it is a comfortable place to be.
We have been very pleased with our instructors so far, especially Tina. She always has some inspirational or motivational words to share with us during class.
The Tuesday 1:30 Senior Strength class has developed into an excellent workout that everyone can do at their own pace. The emphasis on individual fitness is what makes it a winner for all. Thanks to Kelli for a consistenly engaging class!

I love the classes! Zumba, yoga, pilates, HIIT, etc, I’m there! Everyone is so nice and I feel like people at the Y are a part of my family! ❤️
The Classes- Barre with Stacey is my favorite! Also friendly encouraging staff. I always feel welcome!
Exercise classes fro seniors and younger adults. Excellent instructors at the Canton location.
Like the staff &. Programs
so far I only do the water aerobics classes and I've enjoyed them immensely! They're fun and it doesn't feel like you're working out.
Pickleball
Indoor pool is a favorite, but should have specific times for swimming laps. Workout room is good also.
The swim class instructors are great! I feel like I am getting a good workout. I also enjoy senior strength which is also a great work out. The instructors in the senior strength are sensitive to everyone's needs

The variety of exercise choices and the class times
I like the classes and the upstairs cardio room. I don't use the weight machines anymore because I can't remember the settings since Fitlinxx is gone. It would be nice to have something like that again for the machines upstairs.

For me having an instructor that is extremely motivating and caring is important and luckily my favorite instructor Yesi is back!!!!
Huge variety of classes and activities and friendly trainers and staff. Here are my favorite people: Dave (morning guy), Apalonia (Appie sp?), Coach James, Savannah Porter, Kim Cook. I'm sure there are others to mention but these all represent the Y as a caring operation. Great job!
I do the water classes. I like that there are several classes available throughout the week to fit my schedule.

Water programs and outdoor pool.
I only swim and can swim laps around activities most of the time and enjoy seeing kids learning to swim. I am so glad the pool started opening on weekends in May and September (?). Not sure how the people at the front desk can remember my name and get my card before I get to the desk, but they are amazing!

My twins and I absolutely love using the pool, daycare, and workout areas at our Canton YMCA. Fosters a healthy active lifestyle and we make memories in the process. Thank You!
I like the variety of programs available. There's something for every fitness level.
I am not involved with the programs and activities. Just workout rooms. A long time ago we used the programs for kids and the youth soccer league through the Y in Marietta when we used to live there.
I like everything except your hours on Sunday. I think you should open at 8 am.
Attentive lifeguards at the pools. Well carried out test process for those underage for the deep pool and encouraging, supportive life guard who did the test even offered tips for better form even though my son passed.
