What do you like about our programs and activities?

I really enjoy the different fitness classes offered throughout the days. The gym upstairs is really nice and offers many different equipment that I can utilize to target specified muscle groups that I would like to work on. Very friendly atmosphere and always welcomed!:)

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I am thrilled that you have extended the play center's hours until 11:30 so that I can take 10:30 classes without having to duck out halfway through to pick up my kids. I'm also excited about dinner being provided at Parent's Night Out and the idea of a Friday Master's stroke clinic with Risa (which I haven't been able to do since COVID started because the adult swim classes and child care hours did not line up).

I have only made use of the instructor led classes. I have enjoyed each one I have attended.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I as looking for a gym with a lot of Zumba options as well as spin classes. I was also pleased Pickleball is available although I haven’t tried it yet.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The instructors! They are so warm and welcoming, and always willing to offer modifications if needed. The front desk staff are all so friendly and helpful. It feels like you are welcome at the Y!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the Monday streach and tone at 11:30 and the 10:30 cycling pm Thursday.
I am a senior so would like to see more classes for my over 70 age.

Nice variety of classes. But most importantly it does a great job of fostering community spirit among it's members. As a senior I find the opportunity for social engagement extremely important.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Water aerobics. Exercise equipment walking path you couldn’t ask for more. All the people there are wonderful helpful and always so happy to see you. They truly care how you are feeling and so encouraging. Without the ymca I wouldn’t be able to walk, there encouraging words and suggestions have helped me move again, be whole again.

The instructors are fabulous and allow me to go at my own speed with no pressure but they kindly motivate me. Love the senior classes and water aerobics.
