Very helpful and my family love it!
I love my wellness program. Phillip for exercise and Kathy for nutrition are the best. AG is also extremely helpful and supportive.
I do wish, however, that the therapy pool could be more closely monitored. When other groups have finished their classes in the large pool, they interrupt the exercise programs of those who have signed up for the therapy pool. It is often impossible to complete the last 15 minutes of signed for time.

I like the approachability of instructors. The people that come to the Y are also very nice. Our facility is very clean and inviting. I love seeing the children using the Y this summer.
I think that this organization is wonderful for families, and getting anyone active and in a healthy environment. As well as learning new skills and talents like swimming, etc.
