Very friendly staff and instructors. Great group of people working out with and playing with.
The claasses I've taken are geared towards active older adults. The instructors are patient and helpful. I've taken the Water Balance, The AOA S&S and gentle yoga and I am very happy. They also provide you with a Trainor.
Mostly I use the exercise equipment and the walking track. The Y is always clean and if I have had a question about anything, the staff has always been eager to help. I go 3 to 4 times per week at different times during the day.

Everything!!! I love the spin classes, yoga classes I love the free weights and the machines. I love the staff they are so sweet and helpful! I could go on and on. I love the daycare. It’s just so many things I love about the Y !!!@. I would love if you guys got a dance class and a Class for Plus size girls! You guys are real professionals and last thing. I love when you give the parents a date night and keep the kids. What a wonderful idea!!! You are amazingly supportive to the community!!

I like the variety and instructors. I wish the floors in the exercise rooms were cleaned more frequently. The floors need to be stripped and refinished please.
