The staff is courteous and professional. You feel individually welcome .
The branch is great but the headquarters treats our branch as second class. When we sign uo and meet challenges, our branch does not get the promised t-shirts. It appears they send to other branches first.

Not crowded and lots of machines available
Friendly staff as you enter the gym. The swimming area appears to be clean free from ants, like Eastlake. There were a few gnats, but not overwhelming to the point I did not want to leave my items on the side. I would like to see the steam room washed down periodically, but over all I really like this gym. I stay on the other side of town, Lithonia, but my child has a program in the area and it is perfect for me to workout during that time. Now I really would like to see the South Dekalb Y come back. But until then. Thanks.

In general they are great. The facility is not as fancy (modern looking) as others but staff great and make me feel welcome.

I like your programs and services that are specifically geared toward the "Seniors" in the Community. We always need outlets. You provide it for us. Thank you for the "Vegetables" too!!! :-)

Machines are clean and accessible. Bathrooms are clean and updated. Staff at front desk very polite and ready to help you if warranted.
I am not familiar with your programs, but I enjoy your water aerobics class. Collectively all of us have to work out the over population due to YFY aqua area being closed.
I live East Atlanta and so I primarily frequent both the Decatur and East Lake Y.
However, due some of the fitness schedules I decided to see what other Atlanta Y locations are offering and discovered the Carver Family Y.
The Carver Family Y is a large and very beautiful, I was quite surprised. I am happy that added this Y to weekly list of Y fitness locations.
