I would love a meditation class
I love everything about the Y especially the love of the people the fellowship. So many different activities for the seniors.
It's a lively place, full of friendly staff and healthy activities for all age groups. There is something for everybody, young and old.
The senior programs, activities and the Y community. My mother loves going to the Carver Y. The people, including the staff, are so pleasant.

The facility is looking much more organized, and the consistency of the lifeguards arriving by 5:00 has greatly improved. This Y is conveniently located for me to work out on a consistent basis.
I have found the staff are at the Y are polite and knowledgeable. They are very helpful. All of the equipment in the gym works and it is clean. Me and my wife have also attended water aerobics. We both enjoyed it. Everyone seems happy and inspired. I would and have recommended to any one to visit the YMCA at Caver.

1. I like that the swim lane appointment time-frame was expanded to 2-days. It makes it easier to find and schedule a slot without fighting everyone else.
2. I like that the swimsuit water extractor is always functioning. At East Lake it was always broken.
3. The people are friendly and I appreciate them greeting me and saying "have a good workout". It's a nice gesture.
