Great atmosphere. Programs for people with Parkinson’s. Lynn Gabbitus
LOVE Toni McGroggin’s classes!!!
Been working with her for a while. She’s great at giving a very challenging workout AND providing modifications to accommodate injuries/limitations when needed. She’s replaced my PT, plus she’s super sweet!
My daughter and I love the homeschool PE class. The instructors do a great job engaging the kids and helping them foster a love of fitness. I love the community feel of the Y and the fact that there is always something going on. At this stage of my life, I don't have the opportunity to do many classes because I'm homeschooling. I have an 8 year old and I don't like to leave her in daycare because she's older than most other kids. I do however, use the treadmill regularly in the early morning and think the facilities are great.
I like the many programs available to help maintain wellness, the availability of equipment, the friendliness of the staff, and the many good folks who participate in various activities.
Community and a Christian atmosphere that is reflective of the legacy, tradition and institution that has made the YMCA to be sustainable and great for decades.
Great classes!

Swimming is great and I coached youth basketball this winter.
