Great environment for families
Becky's vinyasa yoga and barre classes are very nice. I also like Kelli's heated yoga - not something that is offered anywhere else.
The floors in the activity room and the yoga room could benefit from some deep cleaning though.

The number of programs available, the instructors who are very enthusiastic in helping you with your wellness, and how well the facility is equipped. They aim to work with all age levels to provide group tailored programs.
The Water aerobics class is a good workout & fun as well!
Went to the Forsyth Y today. I did the circuit of weight machines after my 30 minute warm up walk on the indoor track. Personal antibacterial spray bottles are provided for an added assurance of cleanliness but I also noticed a young employee cleaning the equipment to further enhance that Y’s commitment to health safety while I was working out! The track, of course, was spotless and recently scrubbed based on the cleaner machine tracks on the floor.

The class selection at the Forsyth YMCA is great, with lots of different classes to choose from. I get to workout in the morning and I love the classes taught by Carrie, Becky and Jessica! They really know how to push you to do better each and every time. I am doing a personal training class once a week with Carrie and she is a phenomenal trainer. My body has changed SO much in the 2 months I have been working with her! AND, the front desk staff are some of the nicest and helpful people you will ever meet! Come join us soon!
