There are a variety of classes to choose from. The staff is very friendly. And the members are friendly. The instructor are very welcoming and want to know you name.

Excellent class instructors- Ana and Robin come to mind. Frank is very helpful and seems to do an excellent job . Front staff greets each of us by name and are friendly and helpful.

Parents night out is our favorite part of it because of the price, and how much fun our kids have. We also like all the activities for families and summer camps.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I'm an individual workout kind if guy, so I don't do many classes. What I really appreciate at the Forsyth YMCA is the friendliness and encouragement of the staff and the members. Everyone wants to see you have your best workout. There is no judgment. But best of all, is that people notice when you aren't at the YMCA! Sometimes, if I'm gone too long, I'll receive a text message encouraging (or admonishing) me to come back!

My wife enjoys water aerobics and liked it too. I plan to start again. I like the excersize equipment and the various machines.

Unfortunately, I am not able to utilize the programs and activities because of my schedule. However, I do enjoy the facility and available variety of equipment to use.
