I use the Wellness area. It is very well equipped and maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful whenever needed.

Best classes
I picked Cowart YMCA because the employees were friendly, and the gym has a walking track. It’s too hot and unsafe to walk the trails alone. Pool and machines at location are great too.

Zumba and yoga
All areas in the Y are clean, units are available, everyone is attentive, friendly & knowledgeable, learning is available for young children and Seniors. I just joined and am already pleased with this center. Thank you.

I'm a new member so I'm just learning about all the options, but staff has been very welcoming. I'm impressed by the scope of classes offered for seniors and also by all the top-of-the-line exercise equipment.

The Cowart Y is a wonderful facility. It has a good selection of classes, a lovely pool and a hot tub. It is also very well maintained and has very helpful staff.
Norma. I love all the classes and would visit Cowart more often if I lived closer. I am only 2 miles away from the East Lake Y but on weekends I get to Cowart when I can. Norma is a treasure, seriously.
