Please be considerate and give us a realistic time to expect front door access, etc. I'm totally good to be patient, but it feels like something we aren't supposed to ask about and it has been a year. An estimate would feel respectful and responsive. It would also make it easier to refer other ppl.

I love the water classes. It would be nice if the whirlpool worked all the time instead of always being out of order, but the water classes are truly truly enjoy. It’s good to see families together there at the Y the fact that it’s family, friendly and mobility challenged friendly when the front door gets open it will be a lot better
We love the YMCA. Every single person who works here is fantastic! The kids club is great and we love the teachers. My daughter had so much fun! Ms Cheryl the strong Nation coach is the best and really pushes me to go further! Shout out to Jamie at the front desk. She's so sweet! The programs for kids are great! So happy to be apart of the ymca
Friendliness, classes, instructors. There has been such an improvement in the atmosphere with people greeting you - very pleasant and welcoming. The instructors are top notch.
Love the work being done to update the facilities at Gwinnett.
But the "new" app is horrible.
I like the variety of classes available. I like the remodeling of the locker room/facility.
It appears that w/the new website u don’t have to wait until the day before to reserve a class.

The YMCA has truly transformed my family’s life in every possible way. From the wonderful Parents Night Out events to the diverse range of activities available, there’s something for everyone. The facilities are top-notch, providing a welcoming and safe environment. Most importantly, it's my daughter’s happy place, where she feels free to explore, play, and make lasting memories. The sense of community here is truly special!

A most positive experience for me meeting the staff at this location! Especially, I want to thank Ms. Rosha Lollar who patiently took me around the various pieces of equipment and took time to explain which one would be appropriate for me and how to safely use them considering my age. But I can only remember the details only on a few of them at a time now!
The best exercise place! Next, I have to learn pickleball!!

I enjoy the water activities. Please provide more Aqua Zumba and water aerobics.
A wide variety of health & fitness programs. Plenty of equipment to exercise on. Equipment places in multiple locations, with a complete weight room separated from machines. Indoor and when in season an outdoor pool as well. There are also lots of different programs you can sign up for to help you with many of your goals. Location is undergoing major renovations and I can’t wait for them to be completed and make our locations have the appearance it deserves. As a bonus, this location has outstanding staff- friendly, caring, kind, polite, respectful, professional people.
