Boxing classes Sri geeat
Even though it’s currently under renovations the programs are still available to the members such as aquatic and group classes. A great array of free weights and exercise machines. I can’t wait for the completion of the renovations, where a lot more machines are being added and more rooms for activities and groups! I’ve always loved the Y since I was a kid, I’m glad I get to share that experience with my family now as an adult!
The programs are diverse, interesting and there are a good variety to choose from. The new senior informational classes also offer topics that help me to learn how to use technology.
At every touchpoint there is guidance and help. We feel welcomed always and are grateful with YMCA affiliation with lower income initiatives that allow us to take part in so many healthy activities for the whole family!

I like the personalize service I received every time I go to the 'Y'. I am using the coaching program for some personalize exercise plan and my coach is very knowledge about my goal and what i need to improve.

I enjoy the variety of classes offered however I wish there were more time slots offered especially for those who still maintain full time jobs.

The accessibility of everything.
Haven’t made as much use as I would like because renovation of the parent/child bathroom was taking a while. My son has mental challenges and we need a place to change out together. Since the outdoor pool is open we are happy that we can come in our suits and check in at the pool. Now that the bathrooms are done we hope to visit the indoor pool and whirlpool and to walk the indoor track.
