I really enjoy the group fitness classes. The instructors are routinely switching up the exercises to keep the classes fresh.

I haven't participated in any programs, but the facility is good and it provides a safe and friendly atmosphere. The staff is very professional and friendly.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We finally have a evening water aerobics class.
I would like a weight lifting group for women over 55 with a trainer.
I would love a deep water aerobics evening class. More programs that partner the teens with the seniors are needed. This has been a YMCA that is about "the culture" way before we used that term. I would like to see a family reunion annually for members. Also the line dance fundraisers should be at least twice per year. Young YMCA is where my kids learned to swim and were on the swim team. Also both worked as lifeguards. Young YMCA is all about the community!

There is a variety of exercise options in the renovated facility. The facility is always clean and the facility is refreshing. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful!
