Good selection of classes for those of us who are either recovering from an injury or permanently injured.
I especially am glad more water aerobic classes are beginning to be added. Also love the new stretch class by Christon E. Great instructor and true stretch only class! For me a stretch only class is very much needed!! I am feeling the difference in my body movement and tight muscles. This class is fantastic!!!

Enjoy the Coach on Coach Approach program, Active Adults class with Linda is wonderful.
Sarah's Gentle Yoga class is also excellent as is Darryl's Pilates class.
The lifeguards and staff at the pool are great!

Your classes are unique and great. Love the line dancing options. Also, Kriston's core class is the best! Really like the way it's offered almost every day. I make a special trip to East Lake just for this.

They are fun and interactive. The instructors show that they care and are consistent with the attendees.
