What do you like about our programs and activities?

Multiple types of cardio machines and lots of them so there is no waiting when I am there before work, about 6:30 to 8am. Adequate locker rooms and showers so I can get cleaned up and off to work.

I love your staff, especially Ms. Pauline who is always so friendly and courteous. I love your hours, I love your classes. I love the cleanliness of the facility.

I like all class and my kids like cool kids and pool area.We also enjoy at different kids class.Staff are so friendly in y we love “Y”.

I really like the Zumba classes are on Friday with Sheeren. She is absoultely great and encourage everyone to do their best in that class. I just love it.

I swim regularly. I love the large hot tub. The temperature of the pool is always perfect.

I love how programs are very community-oriented and have the goals to benefit others. The activities are genuinely very enjoyable as instructors teach enthusiastically and inspire the goal of better health and fitness.
