I like the senior adult fitness classes as well as the variety of options to work out in the fitness center. The teachers in the fitness classes are also very well trained.

We love the outdoor pool and visit frequently. The lifeguards and staff are always amazing, kind, and patient. I have never seen or had a negative experience with them in my last 3-4 years visiting this outdoor pool. We mostly visit the Alpharetta location in summer for the outdoor pool. I recommend it to everyone because of the staff. I would have given it a 10, but there are a couple of things that I would love to see happen. If they could start treating the bushes and outdoor area for bug control. I am all the time coming back home with bug bites all over me from biting bugs around the bushes. We used to have this problem at our home until we had our bushes and landscaping treated, and it made a huge difference. I would love for this to happen around the pool there to prevent all the swatting and annoying bugs that keep bothering us. I also think some of the chairs or the concrete gets a urine smell for some reason. I moved tables before because it smelled like urine. The area I moved to did not smell. But it may have been a child having an accident, and maybe rain washes it away, or maybe they can spray off the chairs and concrete at closing to prevent the strong smell of urine. Just a thought. I like the water aerobic classes, but I wish there were classes offered in the evenings/weekends as well.

All of the equipment you would want to use for exercise is in one room and on one floor in the fitness center. It is open with a wall of large windows along one side looking out onto a wooded natural area. Half of another wall overlooks the indoor pool. Great setting for a workout.
During my 25 years as a member, the entire facility has been maintained in super clean condition. Cleaning personnel are seen regularly.
The atmosphere provided by the facility and its staff has always been friendly and welcoming.

Hours of availability. Proximity to the Greenway and my house. The pool is at the right temperature. The pool often has available lanes. The pool is open for lap swim. There are a large number of machines and other equipment available in the gym. Classes are good. I need to try them some day. The staff are nice. Parking is good.

Various Group classes accommodating different levels of people. Very helpful and assisting staff at group classes. Feels motivating to come to class
Love the programs, love the whole experience. That said, too many times I must wait on a machine because someone is sitting on it and reading a phone.
The personnel is the greatest plus the workout machines are always working and the place is always spotless
I only use the cardio and weight equipment, and it's all good. There's one annoying thing about this workout room though - people looking at their phone for a long time while sitting on excersize equipment. A few signs would be helpful.
I enjoy the variety of classes that the Y offers. They have classes for all ages. Plus, the weight room, pickleball, and plenty of cardio equipment make it a great place to work out. The employees are friendly and very helpful.
