I really enjoy the clean and spacious facility. All the staff members and personnel are very helpful, friendly and informative. It feels like my private gym although they have activities for any interests you may have or be involved with. The hours of operation are very accommodating and the location is in a very safe area. This is definitely the place to be for workouts!
They are for every body - like, every kind of body out there. I'm blown away by the diversity of people who call the Y theirs and the accessibility of the instructors.

I've only attended one class (Dance Party with Alexz) so I am not very familiar with the facility and other offerings. This YMCA is quite a distance from me...I only attend because...unfortunately... the YMCA (S. Dekalb) in MY community was closed 2 years ago.
