Exercise classes and friendly staff
The variety of times and classes. I also like that classes are offered for seniors. The day care center is great. The day camps and scholarships are terrific!

I like the fact that there are some great programs for beginners.
I love how the YMCA is designed for all kinds of bodies: Incredibly fit weight lifters and chubby senior citizens and disabled people and children. The teachers are friendly and encouraging. There are TV's in the machines and people who will help you figure out how to use a piece of equipment. Mamas can come with their babies. Children can learn to swim. It's truly a foundation of our community, of my community.

I enjoy the water aerobics classes. That is all I do at the Y.

I like all the classes offered and that many are offered throughout the day. The instructors are also really good.
Group classes and sense of community. Noticeable longevity of employees is great too.
The instructors are very welcoming, providing instructions and stressing that the classes should be taken at our own pace.
The gymnastics program is superb--my daughter has received outstanding training in a warm and nurturing environment. We feel very at home at the Y and are grateful to have such an inviting place to go for workouts.
