The Y is indeed for Every Body. I love that when I go to classes. participants range from late teens to 80s, with every shape and configuration in between. While not all the teachers are my cup of tea, the ones I've gravitated to are encouraging, inclusive, and supportive.

I love outdoor body pump and bolly dance. It's great that you have maj jongg and Spanish group. My big request is that you find a way for us outdoor body pumpers to check in out near where our class is held. Please see if that can be arranged! Thanks.

First, I’m so grateful for the open until 10pm M-Th and 9 on Fridays. With my work schedule, late is the only time I can usually get there. I also love having access to a pool that late and with the safety of lifeguards. Also, Ruth has been such a support in setting up a weight program, and is so encouraging. Having access to a nice facility with a wide range of activities also fits my needs wonderfully.

Just use gym upstairs
A very social place, with many activities and seniors.
The variety of classes is good and the instructors are always solid! If I had one wish it would be that more Friday classes are offered, but I understand if people don't want to teach then :)

Many of the programs provide a good pool of healthy exercises to choose from.
I participate in the water aerobics
Swim challenge. Mariam Gilmer is an excellent instructor. But some of the participants talk to each other rather than listen to instructor. That is rude and interferes with everyone else ‘s hearing ability.
