I love the many different choices for exercise classes. There is something for everyone in all ages and abilities and interests. I am most grateful that your trainers are so helpful in teaching members how to use the facility for our greatest satisfaction. The trainers are so knowledgeable about the various machines and health in general that they are able to guide us to the right classes or exercise programs that fit us individually.
I enjoy being with a diverse group of people who are all enjoying working out together or learning in a class together. The attitude that each person is individual and that we are all at different levels makes the class more comfortable and fun. No one is concerned about being at a different level than others.
I am recovering from a knee injury and the exercises I do at the Y have made the most positive difference in my ability to walk and move with much less pain. It's been marvelous to see the strides I am making because of the care and information given to me by various staff members. Soon I will have regained full health in that knee! Happy Days!

I wanted to change my score from a 10 to a 7 but am unable. I do like your facilities, staff and programs, but you close too early...and WAY too early on Saturdays and Sundays.
